Thank you for your friendly note, and for your willingness to get involved in this matter. I feel very bad for not being able to reach an understanding directly with Kliment.A.K.さん. I do not doubt that Mr. Kliment acted with Good Faith in his attempts, and I have no criticism against him as a *person*, only objections to some of the text he wrote, and to the way he keeps questioning my motives.

方針文書熟読のお願い

I have to tell you that you need to read and understand documents of editing policies of ja.wp carefully.

1. These edits ([1], [2]) are recognised as incorrect use of the tags.
2. This ([3]) is recognised as the the violation of GFDL, so I reverted and suggested the deletion of the article here Wikipedia:削除依頼/ウクライナ正教会・キエフ総主教庁.

Additionally, please stop edit wars (see WP:EW). Although en:User:Kuban kazak seems to have pro-Russian feelings, what he says here [4] is completely correct. --Peccafly 2008年2月21日 (木) 08:39 (UTC)

Regarding the first tag, I still honestly disagree with the neutrality of that page. Regarding the second, Mr. Kliment was not only unable to provide a source, I pointed out two examples (Bulgaria and Serbia) disproving his assertion.

If it is improper to copy text from another Wiki page, I apologize, and I will not do it again.

Regarding en:User:Kuban kazak 's statements. Please look at his editing history. His actions and edits do not compare with his words. (I am reminded of the movie 'Mars Attacks' where the aliens keep saying "We come in peace", even as they disintegrate the earthlings around them.)

1. (about Kuban kazak) it is not about what he is, not what he does, but what he said then.

No matter how the article itself values, violation of the GFDL does cause the deletion. It is the best for you to stop editing the article here and to read policies until you understand it. --Peccafly 2008年2月21日 (木) 11:33 (UTC)

I have no right to ask anything more of you, but if you could explain to me whether it is appropriate for me to comment on the Wikipedia:投稿ブロック依頼/Qe2 matter, and, if so, the deadline for doing so, I would be truly, truly grateful.

In the process you can not vote, but you can state your own comment. See Wikipedia:投稿ブロックの方針#通常の投稿ブロック依頼手続き. And this policy say that jawp community may have 5 days to make its consensus.

But, I think, It is better that you make and post your comment earlier if you can. Because, if your post would be too late, people can't read it before they vote. 5 days time limit - it's not so strict sometimes - means not only time to protest, but time to vote. It may be not easy to you, I know. You can ask more help, informations or ideas by better English at Wikipedia:Chatsubo for Non-Japanese Speakers.
