About the photo you uploaded on Wikimedia Commons

Hi. I leave you a message here, hopefully you are able to read it. Please notice that, all medias on Wikimedia Commons are free to use. If the copyright owner agreed that the media on Wikimedia Commons are only allowed to be used on Wikipedia ONLY, the media are NOT allowed to be uploaded to commons. As far as I know, Japanese Wikipedia doesn't allowed such photos, too. The only solution if you want to use this photo on Wikipedia (no matter what language it is), is to ask further permissions form the one who took this photo. Only "free" medias are allowed to be used on Japanese Wikipedia. A "free" media means anyone can modify it, spread it, and use it freely (including commercial use). The copyright owner may waive all their rights on the media, or decided to keep a few rights like attribution. The opposite word of free is フェアユース (fair use). Japanese Wikipedia doesn't allow any fair use medias. --Techyan（会話） 2016年10月5日 (水) 06:36 (UTC)

Thank you again for advising me. I stop to re-attaching this picture on her wikipedia. This picture is originated from one of a fun-oriented act from her radio programme, to change the suitable picture. But thinking with you advice this aim seems not to be fit to Wikipedia policy, because it is not total free right. But please DO note that the picture you changed to, is the PEEPING PHOTO, that is not authorized from Taipei Game Show 2011 organizer. I was also there, and there is an announcement of "UNAUTHORIZED PHOTO and RECORDING IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED". I think it is also not permitted to upload to Wikipedia.
