改名提案

この項目は通俗的な鼻血ではなく、医学的な鼻出血を解説した記事であるため、医学用語である鼻出血への改名を提案いたします。英語版においてもNosebleedではなく、医学用語であるEpistaxisとなっています。--Web comic 2009年5月28日 (木) 22:57 (UTC)

「鼻漏」か「鼻汁」「鼻水」とか「眼脂」か「目脂」「めくそ」とか「便」か「糞」、「尿」か「小便」とかいろいろ対応があるのでお聞きしました。記事ごとに基準がばらばらというのも何なので、せめて基準は二系統くらいがよろしいかと。--あら金 2009年5月29日 (金) 03:48 (UTC)

• 鼻血についての文化風俗的な側面も無視できないので、医学用語でなければならないということはないと思います。「通俗的な鼻血」と「医学的な鼻出血」に定義の違いがあるのであればそれぞれ項目を分立すべきですし、そうでないのであれば平明な表現を採用することに問題はないと思います。--Extrahitz 2009年5月31日 (日) 21:59 (UTC)

現状では通俗的な記述は迷信部分のみでほとんどが医学的な記述ですし、正式名称を採用するWikipediaの方針からすれば鼻出血で問題ないと考えますがいかがでしょうか。--Web comic 2009年5月31日 (日) 22:03 (UTC)

鼻血と鼻出血は用いられている場が違うだけであり、医学以外についても取り扱う記事では鼻血が非正式表現であるとは言えません。各民族文化におけるタブーや漫画表現における鼻血の扱いなども発展の余地があると思います。--Extrahitz 2009年5月31日 (日) 22:25 (UTC)

nosebleed and sexual arousal

I'm currently working on an article in the french wikipedia, about the recurrent themes in manga. I read somewhere that the reason why nosebleed is associated with sexual arousal, is that there is an Japanese old wives belief which tells that too much sexual arousal can cause nosebleed. The theme of "nosebleed and sexual arousal" was mentioned at the section of 『鼻血に関する迷信』(that section title meens "superstitions about the nosebleed") in this article.

To quote:

アニメや漫画、ドラマなどでよく見受けられる性的な興奮状態にあるとき鼻血が出るのはあくまでも興奮状態にあることを示す漫画的な表現手法であり、性衝動と鼻血に医学的な関連性はない。

（To translate English）The nosebleed for the sexual arousal, to show well-known motifs in an anime, a comic and a TV drama (in Japan), was only the form of cartoony presentation for sexual arousal , but it was no medical relationship between a sexual instinct and a nosebleed.

By the way, the founder of the cartoony presentation of nosebleed was not determined. But Mr. Yasuji Tanioka（『ja:谷岡ヤスジ』）was earliest cartoon writer to use the fountain of the sexual arousal nosebleed[1], who was famous writer in '70's-'80's Japanese cartoon magazines. In another superstition, "the dizzy with high-blood pressure made a nosebleed. and to eat peanut, chocolate, etc.…　That foods was made a person dizzy, then made one nosebleed". this superstition was believed '60's or earlier Japanese people, but this superstition was not include sexual arousal.

In my humble opinion, perhaps a high-blood pressure with the sexual arousal evoke that superstition of a dizzy, and new superstition ,"a sexual arousal was made a person (the dizzy then) the nosebleed" was created.

By the way, In oriental medicine(or the traditional chinese medicine), a dizzy was one of hyperpiesia's cases and old days Japanese people were believed the avoiding some kind of foods made cure a dizzy with hyperpiesia. At the medical viewpoints, if person has a hurt in inner nose(and old day's insanitation person often has the chronic mucosal inflammation of the infection in inner-nose), a high-blood pressure make easy a nosebleed. --あら金 2010年6月3日 (木) 02:43 (UTC)
