ナンシー・アサートン(Nancy Atherton)は、アメリカ合衆国の推理作家。シカゴ生まれ。コロラド州コロラドスプリングス在住。5人の兄弟と2人の姉妹がいる。

1992年に発表したデビュー作、優しい幽霊シリーズ第1作『ディミティおばさま現わる』が、「米独立系ミステリ専門書店協会による20世紀ベスト・ミステリ100」に選出される。また翌1993年には、マカヴィティ賞の最優秀処女長篇賞にもノミネートされた。
