『When Dream and Day Reunite』（ホエン・ドリーム・アンド・デイ・リユナイト）は、アメリカのプログレッシブ・メタルバンド、ドリーム・シアターが2005年に発表したライブ・アルバムおよびDVD。

2004年3月6日に行われた、アルバム『ホエン・ドリーム・アンド・デイ・ユナイト』を再現したライブを収録。『ホエン・ドリーム・アンド・デイ・ユナイト』からの楽曲はそれまでのライブで何度も演奏されていたものの、アレンジは変更されていた。このライブ盤は原曲にかなり忠実である。アンコールではゲストとして、元メンバーのチャーリー・ドミニシとデレク・シェリニアンが加わって演奏した。

ドリーム・シアターの公式ブートレグ専門のレーベル「YtseJam Records」よりCDとDVDの2種類が販売されている。
