Wikipedia:利用者名変更依頼での依頼・審議を経て本人の同意なしに強制的に利用者名が変更された利用者の利用者ページにおいておくためのテンプレートです。活動歴からウィキペディアに戻ってくる可能性がある利用者に使用します。
