NAD(P)Hオキシダーゼ(NAD(P)H oxidase)は、次の化学反応を触媒する酸化還元酵素である。
- NAD(P)H + H+ + O2 NAD(P)+ + H2O2
反応式の通り、この酵素の基質はNADH(NADPH)とH+とO2、生成物はNAD+(NADP+)とH2O2である。
組織名はNAD(P)H:oxygen oxidoreductaseで、別名にTHOX2; ThOX; dual oxidase; p138tox; thyroid NADPH oxidase; thyroid oxidase; thyroid oxidase 2; NADPH oxidaseがある。
