非特異的モノオキシゲナーゼ

非特異的モノオキシゲナーゼ(unspecific monooxygenase)は、次の化学反応を触媒する酸化還元酵素である。
- R-H + 還元型フラボタンパク質 + O2 ROH + 酸化型フラボタンパク質 + H2O
この酵素の基質はR-H、還元型フラボタンパク質とO2で、生成物はR-OH、酸化型フラボタンパク質、H2Oである。補因子としてヘムを用いる。
組織名はsubstrate,reduced-flavoprotein:oxygen oxidoreductase (RH-hydroxylating or -epoxidizing)で、別名にmicrosomal monooxygenase、xenobiotic monooxygenase、aryl-4-monooxygenase、aryl hydrocarbon hydroxylase、microsomal P-450、flavoprotein-linked monooxygenase、flavoprotein monooxygenaseがある。
