肝細胞増殖因子(かんさいぼうぞうしょくいんし、HGF: Hepatocyte growth factorまたはSF: scatter factor)は、分子量が約9万の一本鎖のタンパク質。

HGF activator (HGFA)と呼ばれるセリンプロテアーゼにより分子量約6万のα鎖と約3万のβ鎖に切断されると生理活性を発現する。
