宮下和夫

宮下 和夫（みやした かずお、1955年 - ）は、日本の脂質化学者。北海道大学水産学部大学院水産化学研究院海洋応用生命科学部門生命資源化学分野教授。 農学博士。

機能性栄養成分としての油脂研究に造詣が深い。魚卵や海藻に関する研究を行う。特に、フコキサンチンやフコイダンに関する研究は世界的にも有名である。

経歴

• 1955年：長野県に生まれる。
• 1979年：東北大学農学部食糧化学科卒業
• 1982年：東北大学大学院農学研究科食糧化学専攻修士課程修了
• 1985年：東北大学大学院農学研究科食糧化学専攻博士課程修了
• 1985年：北海道大学水産学部水産化学科助手
• 1995年：北海道大学水産学部助教授（海洋生物資源化学科）
• 2000年：北海道大学大学院水産科学研究科教授（生命資源科学専攻）

受賞歴

• 2005年：日本水産学会水産学進歩賞及び日本油化学会賞を同時受賞（水産脂質の水系での酸化安定性）。
