履歴継承の補遺は翻訳元記事へのリンク記載でOK（日時やタイムゾーン記載は日本語版Wikipediaの運用ルール）
利用規約を見ると次の記述がある。

ここでハイパーリンクの指すべき場所はarticleであるから，版（revision）を指定しなくて良いと見える。
また，英語版は版指定を課していない（参考: en:Help:Translation#License_requirements）。
