ユッシ・ハンヒマキ

ユッシ・ハンヒマキ（Jussi M. Hanhimäki、1965年 - ）は、フィンランド出身の歴史学者、ジュネーヴ高等国際問題研究所（HEI）教授。専門は国際政治史、アメリカ外交史、冷戦史。近年は国際機関が国際政治史において果たした役割の研究を進めている。

略歴

1987年フィンランド・タンペレ大学を卒業。ボストン大学歴史学部大学院に進学し、1993年Ph.D.（国際史）の学位を取得。ハーヴァード大学チャールズ・ウォーレン記念アメリカ史研究所（1993-94年）、オハイオ大学現代史研究所（1994-95年）のフェローを経て、1995年から2000年までロンドン・スクール・オブ・エコノミクス講師を務めた。2000年より現職。

フィンランド政府およびフィンランド・アカデミーが優れた研究者をフィンランドに招聘するために設けた研究支援プログラム“Finland Distinguished Professor”[1]の対象に指名されている。
