ノート:プレトリア包括合意 (第二次コンゴ戦争)

2つの協定が混同されているのでは?

他言語版などを見ると日付が合わないものがあり、不審に思って調べてみたのですが、どうやら以下の2つの協定が混同されているようです。

• 2002年7月30日の協定 Peace Agreement between the Governments of Rwanda and the DRC on the Withdrawal of the Rwandan Troops from the Territory of the DRC and the Dismantling of the Ex-FAR and Interahamwe Forces in the DRC
• 2002年12月16日の協定 Global and Inclusive Agreement on Transition in the Democratic Republic of Congo (Pretoria Agreement)

なお、日本国外務省が「プレトリア包括合意」と呼んでいる（コンゴ民主共和国国民対話における最終合意文書署名について 2003年4月4日）のは後者です。

両協定の中身を精査していないのですが、おそらく日付を「2002年7月」から「2002年12月」に訂正するだけでは済まないと思われるので、ひとまず指摘にとどめます。--Sorafumi（会話） 2017年7月27日 (木) 22:34 (UTC)
