Transliteration of the city name (キーウ/キエフ)

Hello! Excuse me for writing in English, I sadly don't know Japanese well enough to post here in it.

Is there a consensus on the "Kyiv" transliteration? Perhaps the article should be renamed to "キーウ・ライトレール" as well as all mentions of キエフ replaced with キーウ.
