スシ・サンチェス （Susi Sánchez、1955年 3月21日 - ）は、スペイン ・バレンシア 出身の女優 。本名はアスンシオン・サンチェス・アベリャン（Asunción Sánchez Abellán）。
カスティーリャ女王イサベル1世 を演じたビセンテ・アランダ 監督作『女王フアナ 』が映画における代表作である。2013年には『10.000 noches en ninguna parte』でゴヤ賞 助演女優賞にノミネートされ、2019年にはラモン・サラサール監督作『日曜日の憂鬱』でゴヤ賞主演女優賞を受賞した。
