プロテアーゼ活性化受容体4(プロテアーゼかっせいかじゅようたい4、英: protease-activated receptor 4、略称: PAR4)は、ヒトではF2RL3遺伝子にコードされるタンパク質である。F2RL3(coagulation factor II receptor-like 3)、thrombin receptor-like 3という名称でも知られる[5]。
機能
[編集]PAR4はGタンパク質と共役した7回膜貫通受容体ファミリーに属する。また、プロテアーゼ活性化受容体ファミリーのメンバーでもある。細胞外のN末端領域のタンパク質分解切断によって活性化され、切断によって新たに形成されたN末端がテザードリガンドとして機能して受容体を活性化する[5]。
