The text messages need to be translated from English into Japanese. With the new PHP software which we will upgrade to soon, you can create a wikiTextJa.php based on wikiTextEn.php and change the strings. (If possible, please encode the file as Unicode/UTF-8, as we are trying to standardize the internal coding of all the wikipedias.)
