J'ai juste lu votre traduction des namespaces. Je pense il n'y a problèmes. But some of Japanese namespaces are très très longue to type in. ;-p Anyway, there are no problems at all.

Deuxièmement, we need more commorades to develop ce projet au Japon. If you need, I'll try to post up the URL of this site on "Yahoo! Japan" and other search engines. Do you have any other ideas to induct people to this site?

I think we have better to wait to finish to setup a full janapese Wikipedia before to start making some advertisement.
Take a look at Korean one ( http://ka.wikipedia.org ), it is already full korean !
I can't help you for translation, but please ask me if you want some information about what a [text] is used for in Wikipedia.

PS : for sign, use 3 times ~ character or 4 times ~ for sign + date
