University of Santo Tomas Central Seminary Building[2]The Central Seminary Building currently houses the Santisimo Rosario Parish Church, the Central Seminary, and the Ecclesiastical Faculties of the Pontifical and Royal University of Santo Tomas in Manila. The Parish was canonically inaugurated on April 26, 1942 by Michael O'Doherty, the Archbishop of Manila during that time. In 2011, the National Museum of the Philippines formally declared the Central Seminary Building as a National Cultural Treasure.
This building houses the UST Chapel (which is also the Santisimo Rosario Parish Church) the UST Central Seminary, and the UST Ecclesiastical Faculties. The Parish was canonically inaugurated on April 26, 1942 by Michael O'Doherty, the Archbishop of Manila during that time.

f Santo Tomas[3]The Pontifical and Royal University of Santo Tomas, The Catholic University of the Philippines (UST, Filipino: Unibersidad ng Santo Tomas, Spanish: Universidad de Santo Tomás, colloquially, "Ustê") is a private, Roman Catholic university run by the Order of Preachers in Manila. Founded on 28 April 1611 by archbishop of Manila Miguel de Benavides, it has the oldest extant university charter in the Philippines and in Asia and is one of the world's largest Catholic universities in terms of enrollment found on one campus.
