As shown in the following links, there is only one copyright notice on the first-edition dust jacket, namely "© 1981 JILL KREMENTZ". However, the notice only applies to the photo itself and not the jacket as a whole because the jacket is not a collective work. At least one photo by Jill Krementz was previously featured on the dust jacket of a different book. See File:Oh Pray My Wings Are Gonna Fit Me Well back cover, 1975 first edition.jpg. Thus the notice, without a doubt, is only for the photo.

However, that registration is only for the literary work and not the dust jacket. Thus there are no copyright registrations for the dust jacket.
