English: Sandstone slab (lower surface) of Early Triassic (Late Olenekian) age with casts of mudcracks and Chirotherium barthii, an ichnospecies, on display at Teylers Museum, Haarlem, the Netherlands. This slab (catalogue number: O 1324) belongs to the original material from Hildburghausen, Germany, based on which this ichnospecies was first described scientifically in 1835 (first scientific desciption of a tetrapod trace fossil ever).[1]
