(Made by Diadema; in no way is this to demote the quality or legal rights of the Italian Gov't. and Diadema's right to fabricate and distribute to the Italian Armed Forces' personnel. Art. 28 T.U.L.P.S. establishes legal restrictions to these actions, of which Diadema allegedly is licensed to carry out, on commercial status: however, illegal distribution is penalized by the Republic's Government.
