concerning on FOP template

I didn't post any comment on preceeding AFD, for my conclusion was also 'kept'. But I've reason this should be under the FOP rules, now I'm concerning the recent edit removing FOP template. The subject seemes to be a garden, in which flowers ordery allocated by its color and its form. Per case law, in my view, we'd better to think this be an architectural work ([1]). Commons generally accepts architectural works per FOP/JP, but I'm not sure we can regard this as an architectural work in context of U.S. laws. --枯葉（会話） 2023年7月14日 (金) 17:46 (UTC)[返信]
