コヒーレンス療法(コヒーレンスりょうほう、Coherence therapy)は、気分、思考、行動の症状は、その人が現在持っているメンタルモデルに応じて首尾一貫して生み出されるという理論に基づいた心理療法[1]。
1990年代に、ブルース・エッカーとローレル・ハリーによって設立された[2]。 最も評価の高いポストモダン/構成主義療法の一つ[3]。
